  5. rock-'n'-roller Chuck Berry, 64; by a St. Charles County, Mo.,
  6. prosecuting attorney. Berry was charged last July with filming
  7. underage youths for sexual gratification and with possession of
  8. marijuana. The charges were dismissed in exchange for Berry's
  9. dropping of a charge of prosecutorial misconduct.
